The secret is out. Our mushroom supper club pop-up is officially here!

We are thrilled to announce the launch of our exclusive Pop-Up Supper Club - an immersive fine dining experience celebrating the art of fungi. We are taking our harvest out of the grow room and into the kitchen to show you what’s truly possible with premium mushrooms.

On the Menu:

🍄‍🟫 Coral Tooth - delicate, cascading and oceanic
🍄‍🟫 Lions Mane - meaty, succulent and renowned for its “lobster-like” texture
🍄‍🟫 Chestnut - rich, nutty and perfectly crisp
🍄‍🟫 Blue Oyster - velvety texture with a savory, mild finish

This isn’t just a dinner; it’s an exploration of flavor, texture, and terroir. Seats are extremely limited.
