The Villas Life represents building a community within our facility that encourages commitment and dedication of resources found at four-year colleges and universities dorms. The Snapper Villas has a constant connection to its residents through coordinated games, such as Billiard tournaments & Baggo tournaments, special events, holiday gatherings, on-site management, secured access as well as tutoring onsite. The Snapper Villas is led by Seth Klinedinst, the Resident Hall Director with the accompaniment of Alex Shake, the Assistant Manager & Maintenance Professional. The Snapper Villas staff both were born and raised in Canton and have longed for student housing to be a part of the community. The Snapper Villa’s hours of operation are 9:00am to 5:00pm Monday through Friday during which we are reachable at (309) 998-2467.
