You probably already know our salmon is back on the Spring/Summer menu. But did you also know we serve our salmon with a chef's choice selection of sides and a bit of chimichurri sauce?

Or if you ask nicely, we might even top it with our balsamic glaze (as seen here) or our house-made shallot butter.
