We are for a Business Process Leader.

This role is key to efficient and compliant operations. While an investment or insurance license is not needed, the ideal candidate should have experience in processing investment and/or insurance business.

Responsibilities include:
-reviewing applications
-ensuring underwriting policies are adhered to and that business processes around underwriting are efficient
-point of contact for clients, helping with inquiries, policy changes and general support
-analyzing business processes and data to identify inefficiencies or areas of improvement
-collaborate with other departments to ensure processes align with business goals and objectives

Key skills would be knowledge of insurance and investment products, communication, customer service and problem solving.
