Two years later, Mike and Gene Sanders created a partnership of their two agencies with the name Sanders-Hasty Insurance Agency. Upon Gene Sanders retirement in 1995 Craig Zilly joined the agency as Mike’s partner and Carolyn Jacobus partnered with Craig a year later. In Jan of 2008 Carolyn retired and Craig formed Sanders-Hasty Insurance Agency, Inc. Over the life of the agency many companies have been represented but Pekin Insurance has the longest tenure with over 80 years with the agency. Auto Owners insurance has been represented for over 15 years, the IMT Group for the past 11, and Progressive Insurance. Sanders-Hasty Insurance Agency is proud of their association with these fine companies as all are head quartered in the Midwest and understand the needs of their insured's.
