Could've made this event like 4 post, but eh too late.

A few weeks ago, we relocated our business a few buildings over from where we were. We're still on the Mountain, Canton, but in a much more accessible spot. Today, we just stress tested our new machinery, and things happened.

We confirmed that we can product 40 icecreams an hour, which is more than enough for us to profit. However, we spent a good hour on cleanup afterword, partly since we bought used equipment, though it's an easy fix.

We, unfortunately, won't be opening this month, and likely not next month either. There's still a lot of back-of-the-house work that needs to be done, which I'll make posts about as they happen.

Our second flavor is the one most stores always have, and that is vanilla! So far, we have orange and vanilla ice cream ready to sell this trade days.

Starting work on my own chocolates to sell at Hog and Duck. Still a long way out, probebly won't get it done for a few months. We did get our ice cream recipe figured out, and will be selling ice cream ones for $5 each next trade days. I'll be working on the shop in the next few days, looking forward to that!
