I was able to get out for 6 miles with RUNdetroit this morning. Fantastic run down the Dequindre Cut, along the Detroit River, into downtown, and around Eastern Market. Thank you to Stacy and Brendan for the company, I would have gotten lost otherwise 🤣. I dodnt knowni had an 8:46 pace in me right now. Feeling good!

Time to enjoy th rest of the day with my wife and kids.
