Prior to Real Estate, I was a Fraud Analyst/Investigator in Corporate America for over a decade specializing in Large Organized Crime Operations committing MILLIONS of dollars in Identity Theft & Transactional Fraud. Working with other “competitor” companies, The Feds, and Local Law enforcement to help identify and take down the operations. I did this in the Banking, Telecom, Check Cashing, and Insurance industries. Those skills later morphed into a Risk Management Role at a couple companies Creating/Implementing/Maintaining Rules Engines that did real time decisioning on millions of Transactions per day. Understanding how to mine/identify the relevant data from the databases, Analyze said data through lots of different lenses and come up with Rules that best balanced Loss Mitigation & Approval rates was KEY to maintaining profitability. I LEARNED A LOT about data analysis and one thing I was said was that my job was “finding a needle in a haystack, but I knowing how to make the haystack as small as possible through analytics to make better & faster decisions.”

These same skills carry over into Marketing. I have always looked to constantly Analyze my marketing lists so I am Targeting the RIGHT PEOPLE with the RIGHT MESSAGE at the RIGHT TIME. This applies to both List Building and Online Marketing.

Why does that matter? Who do all that?

Because Marketing is about maximizing your ROAS or Return on Ad Spend.

Constantly Dialing in your lists, campaigns, and messaging is key to a healthy ROAS.
