So yesterday is over and of the past, it brings me to unmeasurable dissapointment to report to the patrons of Sno-Sisters that the City Council has denied the Special Use Permit to operate at 707 W. 8th St. I want to thank all of you that has supported this business at that location, bringing great joy to see the look of excitement, surprise and smiles of joy on so many faces after that first taste of our signature sno-balls.
