We’ve just been notified that beginning March 18th, 2025, we will be considered an out-of-network provider for all United Healthcare plans and policies. 😔

What does this mean for you?

If you're currently enrolled in a United Healthcare plan, you’ll no longer be able to access in-network benefits when visiting our practice after this date. However, we are still available to provide care, and you may continue seeing us as an out-of-network provider. Just be aware that this may result in higher out-of-pocket costs.

- Check with United Healthcare to explore other in-network options.
