Our goal is to provide resources and experiences that assist leagues in providing a quality, safe, and fun environment for youth in the region to learn and play the game of basketball. With over 5,000 participants and growing, Junior Sixers League, presented by NovaCare is the Sixers largest and most widespread youth initiative.

Congratulations to our 2026 Jr. 76ers Community Coach of the Year, Coach Stan “Groovie” Laws Jr., CEO of the Philadelphia All-American Game!
For over 20 years, Coach Stan has been putting in MVP level work, mentoring, motivating, and making major moves for youth across Philadelphia and the surrounding communities. From building better athletes to shaping strong, responsible leaders, his impact goes way beyond the court. If you’ve ever been around Coach Stan, you know the energy is unmatched and the passion is real. He’s opened doors, created opportunities, and changed lives, one player at a time.

Coach Jordan Elgart is making a huge impact in girls’ basketball with her energy, passion, and belief in every player. She continues to build confidence, leadership, and a love for the game for all of her student athletes.
Coach Ed Hurtt’s dedication goes far beyond the court, he gives his time, heart, and energy to every athlete he mentors. His leadership continues to build not just better players, but stronger, more confident young people every day.
Thank you both for showing our student athletes that hard work, teamwork, and heart always win. Our community is lucky to have you on the sidelines!
