Dear loyal TOKAI customers,

we have some sad news today. The current business environment has brought a lot of uncertainty to our future and we must announce that we will be permanently closing our doors.

We have enjoyed a rewarding journey of 32 years since we first opened in the Porter Exchange. A journey that was made possible thanks to Fumi and Steve Genova, who first established TOKAI in 1989. Thank you to all our wonderful customers, neighbors, and friends for being a part of our little Japanese community and for bringing your interest and love. Until the end that is what really kept us going, and we are grateful to have shared those experiences with you all.

We will remain open until February 14th with a closing sale beginning on January 20th. Please join us in these final days.
