Disability is a natural and valuable part of human diversity, and we celebrate people with disabilities this month and beyond for the significant contributions and impact they bring to our communities.
Every person deserves the opportunity to live, work, learn, and thrive in their community with dignity, choice, and respect. That belief is at the heart of Vinfen's mission. Every day, we're proud to partner with the individuals we serve, their families, and our communities to expand access, break down barriers, and create opportunities for people to lead fulfilling lives.

We’re proud to announce the recipients of this year’s Board of Directors’ Scholarships: Lead Residential Counselor Adedayo Toyin-Oyebande and Autism Support Broker Oluwatoni Omidiji!
Adedayo is committed to advancing into leadership roles where she can influence program development, mentor staff, and contribute to strengthening person-centered care across Vinfen. She is currently pursuing an ABSN degree at the MGH Institute of Health Professions, with an anticipated graduation in 2027.
Drawing on his frontline experience, Oluwatoni is focused on improving service delivery through stronger clinical understanding, policy awareness, and staff training. His goal is to bridge the gap between hands-on care and program development, ultimately contributing to more effective, person-centered supports for individuals and families. Oluwatoni is pursuing a bachelor’s degree in psychology at UMass Lowell, with a strong interest in clinical psychology and developmental disabilities.
The Board of Directors’ Scholarships are generously funded by members of Vinfen’s Board of Directors who firmly believe in supporting continuing education and professional development opportunities for staff members. A big congratulations to both recipients and thank you to all applicants!
