This kitchen proves you don’t need a full renovation to make a dramatic impact. By keeping what worked and focusing on strategic updates, we transformed this space into a light, bright, and refreshed kitchen that feels completely new, all at a fraction of the cost of a full remodel.

Sometimes the smartest design decisions are the ones that maximize what you already have.

Not every design challenge is about selecting fabrics and finishes. Sometimes it’s about moving a solid lapis table that weighs an absolute ton. 💙

A huge thank you to the wonderful team at Landry Arcari for helping us safely move this incredible piece with the care and expertise it deserved. Watching this beauty make its way into place on this exquisite rug was a project all its own.

What looks effortless rarely is.

One of the most important steps in working with large-format tile happens long before installation begins. Every slab is carefully reviewed, mapped, and positioned so the veining flows naturally from one piece to the next, creating the appearance of a single continuous surface.

It’s a bit like putting together a giant puzzle. We study each piece, rotate layouts, and plan every seam to achieve the most cohesive and natural result possible.

These are the details that often go unnoticed, but they’re what elevate a space from beautiful to exceptional.

This staircase transformation completely changed the feel of the home with new black metal balusters, squared-off newel posts, updated treads, and a more modern, cohesive look throughout the entry. The result feels lighter, more elevated, and timeless while still fitting the character of the home. ✨

It’s amazing how much impact a staircase can have on the entire first impression of a space.
