Today, Crow asked me, "If you could be a bird what kind would you be."
A trick question likely--no a koan about one's true self. I was gone lost in thought.
“I already am,” I said boldly.
A “cah, cah,” he replied in a shrill dismissal.
"All birds fly in the same empty sky," I offered.
Cocking his head, "Same sky?"
"Okay, only sky."
