Our Head Chef, Didem, grew up in the Aegean region of Turkey and we’re lucky enough to have her share her culinary heritage with us in the form of dishes like this one: Börek. In this version, flakey phyllo dough is filled with spinach and feta, rolled, topped with sesame and nigella seeds, and baked until crispy and golden.
