I have not shared to this page in a very long time, but I can't let Susan Smith Blakely's outrageously biased article --and the ABA Journal's profoundly irresponsible decision to publish it-go without giving you an opportunity to vent. It's still 2021 right? Yet Blakely draws such grossly inaccurate conclusions. Blaming women lawyers for the errors of the legal profession (especially those of large law firms) is so very retro.

Any lawyer-- and legal professional--,who tells you to wait until your third or fourth year to learn the basics of relationship building and business generation or to develop a networking and career development strategy is WRONG. Follow their lead and you will fall behind your contemporaries in short order.
