Choila is a typical Newars dish( Newars are primarily inhabitants Nepali’s in Kathmandu, Bhaktapur, Lalitpur and many other parts of Nepal) very popular and relished by Nepali localities .
It is grilled spicy dish that is made of chicken and eaten as side/snacks dish to beverage and is served with puffed rice.
