How are you evaluating HR now that we are progressing back to the workplace? Obviously remote interaction and learning to engage our teams remotely will not only be a significant part of our every day but will you be considering additions to the HR requisite. I'd like to understand more about what areas you as an organization plan to evaluate and implement these changes in the near future.

Have you thought about the role of HR in Performance Management not just People Management?

Have you considered changes to the organizational chart?

During Covid did you handle employee relations virtually and will you consider making that more the norm?

While working with clients virtually one of the greatest challenges I noticed was getting the workforce really engaged in that forum especially for interviewing, onboarding and training. Do you see a need to adapt here?
