🧘General Yoga🧘
This class is appropriate for beginners as well as advanced yogis. The instructors typically give different options to make the poses more or less difficult so you can practice yoga at your level of comfort. This is a great class for everyBODY.

Are you ready to get started with us?

It is always fun to hang on the wall at Yovana Yoga in ! Come find the excitement of a kid again! Strap wall class are ones a weekend. Next weekend we will hang Saturday from 11-12:30. The following weekend it is Sunday from 2- 3:30. It is a semi private class do pre booking it required. You can book on our website or on the Yovana Yoga app. Each session is $35.

In today's class spotlight -
✨Back Care Yoga✨
In a back-care yoga class, we focus on creating space in the low back, strengthening the core, opening the hips, and releasing the shoulders. Some classes may focus on one of these areas. However, all classes with have a mixture of these actions.

For the next few weeks we will be highlighting each of the classes we provide. Let's start with Active Yoga!
🧘‍♀️🧘‍♂️
This is our most challenging class. You should be comfortable going to the full expression of the pose in general yoga classes before considering this one. Once you are comfortable in the full expression of the pose and you want to add a little spice to your practice give this one a chance. This is a small group class. Preregistration is highly suggested as is a couple of months of yoga experience.
