🚨Please Read – Important July Rodeo Updates! 🚨

We have some exciting updates for our July Rodeo as well as the remaining of the season and we think you’re going to love them!

🤠 Draw Limits Have Been Lifted!

Great news for all team events—there are now NO draw limits! You can enter with as many draw partners as needed throughout the season.

Here’s how it works:
• Select “Draw Partner” when completing your online call-in.
• After call-ins close, we’ll partner everyone up.
• Draw partners do not receive points.

Our goal is to continue growing our roping and ranch sorting programs, and we hope this change gives even more contestants the opportunity to compete!

🐂 BIG NEWS – Friday Night Rough stock Slack is Back!

All rough stock events and Mutton Busting are once again available during Friday Night Slack—and they’ll still be offered on Saturday too!

When entering online:
✅ Choose “Slack” if you’d like to compete on Friday night.
✅ Choose “Performance (Perf)” if you’d rather compete on Saturday.

In a nutshell this means all events will now be offered on Friday and Saturday except for Dummy Roping on Saturday only due to all contestants having to be present and Sorting on Friday night only.

If you’ve already entered a rough stock event for Saturday but would like to switch to Friday night, simply reply to your call-in confirmation email and we’ll be happy to make the change.

We believe offering Friday Night Slack again will benefit the well-being of our animals by spreading out our growing rough stock program, while also giving families who can only attend on Friday another opportunity to participate.

Call-ins for the July Rodeo close in just 7 days! Don’t wait until the last minute to get entered.

Each July, our rodeo is dedicated to the memory of a very special young lady who was taken from us far too soon. This year, we want to honor Bree's Legacy in a meaningful way.

Bree was studying to become a school teacher and had a special love for Dr. Seuss. In her honor, we’re hoping to place a book into the hands of every child who attends our July rodeo.

📖 How can you help?

We’re collecting new or gently used children’s books, with a special request for Dr. Seuss books, now through July 20th.

Our goal is simple: Every child leaves the rodeo with a book to call their own.

🧁 Cake Walk

Our RockN’5L Rodeo Company JPD Royalty will also be collecting baked goods for a Cake Walk after church on Saturday. Baked items may be brought to the rodeo Friday evening or Saturday and dropped off at the Royalty Tent.

🎟️ Cake Walk Tickets: $5 per person
🍰 The fun continues until every sweet treat is gone!

👕 Don’t forget! When you complete your July rodeo call-in, be sure to select Out of Rodeo Attire if you’d like to wear your teal t-shirts. Let’s fill the arena with teal as we honor Bree together. 💙

Whether you donate a favorite childhood book, bake something delicious, purchase a Cake Walk ticket, or simply wear teal in Bree’s memory, you’re helping make a lasting impact on children and families.

All proceeds and donations from these efforts will benefit Bree’s Legacy Foundation.
