This asparagus ricotta dip with pull-apart bread is going straight on our Easter table 🐰

The dip:
1 tbsp butter
½ lb Altar asparagus spears (trimmed, cut into 1-inch pieces)
3 Altar green onions (thinly sliced)
1 clove garlic (minced)
1 cup part-skim ricotta
1 cup sour cream
½ cup grated Parmesan

The bread:
18 oz mozzarella cheese
32 oz (2 cans) Pillsbury large biscuits
2 tbsp unsalted butter
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp Italian seasoning
2 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped)
3 tbsp finely grated Parmesan

Today we’re headed to Mexico with a classic: Cebollitas al Carbón — charred green onions grilled over open flame. Smoky, simple, and packed with flavor.

Perfect alongside tacos, carne asada, and a weekend on the grill. 🔥

Recipe 👇
• 1 bunch Altar Green Onions
• Oil
• Salt

Brush with oil, sprinkle with salt, and grill over high heat until lightly charred and tender.

Tip: Wrap them in foil before grilling if you want a softer, milder flavor.
