As time goes on and we as a nation face new challenges, it’s easy to get lost in the division, polarization, and forget how to come back together.

It’s easy to forget that not that long ago during in a time of war, there were men and women who willingly wrote a blank check to the United States Government and said, do what you want with me, put me in harms way, ask of me to potentially do the unthinkable, and come back a different person, and sometimes not come back home at all.

I implore every veteran to never forget the mental, emotional, and physical sacrifice that you willingly gave to Uncle Sam and our nation. Reach out to your fellow brothers and sisters and remind them, I got your back.
