Hi-C FITNESS Guidelines

Dress Code:
*Proper workout attire is required
*Shoes, shirt and closed toed shoes are required
*Gang related clothing and open toed shoes are NOT
ALLOWED
*YOUR PANTS MUST BE ON YOUR WAIST AT ALL
TIMES

Rules:
*Use equipment SAFELY and CORRECTLY
*RERACK ALL weights and dumbbells after use
*Report equipment malfunctions immediately
*Equipment may NOT be rearranged or removed
*WIPE DOWN equipment after each use
*Do NOT drop weights or bang them together
*Collars are mandatory for ALL barbell lifts
*Open containers are NOT allowed on gym floor
*Freelance personal training is NOT ALLOWED
*Children ages 13 and under are NOT allowed in the
gym
*Teens 14/15 years old must be accompanied by adult
membership
*You must be 16 years old to get own membership
*NO guest(s) allowed
*NO SOLICITING ALLOWED
*Apply common gym courtesy to ALL

Surveillance cameras are installed and we are watching. Any and all violations could mean immediate termination of membership with no refund. Management reserves the right to change/enforce other rules as necessary to ensure the safety of our members.
