•Currently I only use buttercream frosting for all of my cookies. Unlike cookies decorated with royal icing, buttercream frosting does not dry harder to the touch and is not perfectly smooth on the surface. Buttercream cookies can be stacked lightly on a serving tray, and may be packaged individually if needed. If needed to be lightly stacked, refrigerating cookies up to an hour before serving can help with transporting and displaying them. I hope that helps answer any questions you may have!
