2024 Accountability Challenge details!
This is going to be a GREAT challenge! BUT it is for people who need a reset, are ready for change, choose discipline EACH day and are fully committed. This is not an easy challenge or a quick fix. If you are sick and tired of being sick and tired, this is for you…. Comittment to this will be HARD and possibly one of the most gratifying things you will do this year.
This challenge is 75 days long. Beginning on Monday, January 8. The challenge will end on Friday, March 22 (just before spring break!!). There are concepts from 75 Hard, although tweaked to make this a program you can live by well beyond the 75 days. There are also concepts being brought in by 2 of my favorites, Andrew Huberman and Gary Brecka. The main goals of this challenge will be establishing healthy habits through discipline, building muscle, increasing our protein, breath work just to name a few. Along with these key concepts, we will be taking a look at how we spend our time, getting rid of the idea that we don’t have time for ourselves. We will take a look at what we can give up or say no to, making sure we have an hour to focus on our wellbeing each day. We will be practicing gratitude and sharing with the group. We will take a look at simplfying our lives to create more space for the things that are most important. We will log daily, but with a different point system than what you have done before.
It is a lot. It will be a process. This is not a get skinny quick program. It is worth it. YOU ARE WORTH IT!
What you need to begin:
-The right mindset. You must be all in.
-A journal, (I will link mine when you commit)
-A gym or weights at your house
That’s it! You don’t have to attend my classes, but I sure would love to have you!!!
