Here is one I just published:

“Today, I wanted to talk about a topic that has been gaining popularity lately: Rapid Transformational Therapy or RTT. As someone who's trained in both traditional hypnotherapy and RTT sessions, I'll explain exactly how they differ and why I choose to practice mainly RTT. In this blog, I'll break down the main differences between the two forms of therapy, how RTT works, and what you can expect from a session.

Traditional Hypnotherapy

Firstly, let's talk about traditional hypnotherapy. This form of therapy has been around for decades and involves guiding a person into a hypnotic state, where the subconscious mind is more open to suggestion. The therapist might use specific language, visualizations, or positive affirmations to help the person change their thought patterns or behaviors. Traditional hypnotherapy can be effective in treating a wide range of issues, from anxiety and phobias to smoking cessation and weight loss.

RTT

On the other hand, RTT takes a more holistic approach to therapy by incorporating elements of hypnotherapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP). RTT involves guiding a person into a deep state of relaxation, but instead of just giving them suggestions, the therapist digs deeper to uncover the root cause of the issue at hand. This might involve exploring past traumas, childhood experiences, or negative beliefs that the person has internalized. By identifying and addressing the subconscious blocks, RTT can create lasting transformations in a shorter amount of time than traditional therapy.

One of the biggest advantages of RTT is its efficiency. A typical RTT session lasts around 90 minutes, compared to traditional hypnotherapy sessions that can last anywhere from 50 to 90 minutes. In just one session, you can experience profound shifts in your thoughts and behavior, whereas with traditional therapy, it may take several sessions over multiple weeks, months, or even years to see results. People sometimes ask, “Why is RTT so expensive?!” Traditional hypnotherapy usually runs around $100-$150/session, but requires sometimes 10+ sessions. With RTT, we can see the same results in 1-3 sessions, allowing me to help more people.

Another unique aspect of RTT is its emphasis on self-empowerment. RTT believes that the power to change and heal lies within the person themselves, rather than just the therapist. By gaining a deeper understanding of oneself and identifying the root cause of an issue, a person can take ownership of their own healing journey and continue to make positive changes in their life. Additionally, with RTT, you'll receive a personalized recording to listen to after the session, which helps to reinforce the new positive beliefs and behaviors.

Conclusion:

So there you have it! Both forms of therapy can be incredibly effective in treating a range of emotional and behavioral issues, but RTT takes a more holistic and efficient approach by uncovering the root cause of the problem and providing personalized recordings to reinforce positive changes. If you're considering exploring therapy options, I highly recommend looking into RTT and finding a qualified therapist who can guide you through the process. Wishing you all the best on your healing journey!”
