Our children and youth are not immune from emotional difficulties whether it be normal adjustments to changes in the family (deaths, births, divorce, moving), struggles in school and with peers (social rejection/isolation), or perhaps your being told by professionals that your child behaves "differently." As a parent you can feel overwhelmed and even frightened trying to figure out and deal with things on your own. I have experience working with children of all ages and offer play therapy. I offer a "Relationship Check-Up" for committed couples who have the desire to identify and build on their relationship strengths. This isn't therapy and IS NOT intended for couples in crisis (lack of commitment/affairs, divorcing, severe discord.) A check-up is right for couples who are interested in a short 2 session "tune-up" to enhance their intimacy, friendship, closeness and positive feelings for one another. I will include a feedback report and you are free to use this information as you please.
