🏗️✨ Peoples Natural Gas Butler Warehouse Gets a Century-Ready Makeover! ✨🏗️

Our team transformed the Butler Warehouse with an aesthetic refresh and structural rehabilitation—all while keeping operations running smoothly throughout construction.

Highlights of the project:
🔹 Removed old steel sash windows & repaired the structure
🔹 Installed new aluminum storefront units with 1” insulated tempered glass & venting sashes
🔹 Modern design that feels authentic, preserving the building’s character

With these improvements, the Butler Warehouse is ready to serve for another century—blending history, functionality, and modern design seamlessly.
