This 11-week summer program is designed to help teens (ages 14–17) grow physically and mentally through fitness, mindset work, team connection, and real-world challenges.

πŸ—“ Tuesdays / Thursdays / Saturdays
⏰ 11:00 AM–12:00 PM

πŸ’° $315 paid in full by June 1
OR
πŸ’° 3 payments of $125

This isn't just about workouts. It’s about helping teens head into the school year stronger, more confident, and better equipped to handle hard things.

Program is 3 weeks on/1 week off:
June 8-27th
July 7-25th
August 4-22nd

Huge congratulations to Rachel on hitting her 500th class at CrossFit Recreate on Monday during Murph! What better way to celebrate than tackling a Hero workout and bringing her husband along for the ride πŸ’ͺπŸ‡ΊπŸ‡Έ

Rachel is the definition of a Recreater. She always shows up with a smile, brings positive energy to those around her, and is the kind of member every gym hopes to have. She's an ambassador for our community and constantly jumps in to help however she can… including creating some of the coolest event shirts we’ve ever had πŸ™Œ
