This used to be a slide room floor. If you suspect a leak don’t wait! It won’t get better with time. Give us a call.

Checking the roof sealant should be done multiple times a year. Most manufactures say bi annual. My professional option is every 2 months or after a road trip. All Kids of things can happen on the road, low hanging branches , debris flying from another vehicle. I once found a bird that struck a roof while the customer was driving with the birds head buried in the rubber roof. Check those roofs regularly. Call me if you need a 2nd opinion.

Public service announcement!! DO NOT SCREW YOUR PORCH ROOF SKIRTING TO YOUR TRAILER ROOF!!. Adding extra holes into your RV roof is a terrible idea. Find another way to attach the roof or the roof skirting without screwing into roof.

I’m going to start posting all the things the manufacturers leave in the compartments, underbelly and walls. I’m assuming they don’t even own dumpsters since they throw all the waste in the voids of the trailer for us to find.

Recent project finished up.

Complete rebuilt of a water damaged slide room and kitchen floor. Due to heavy water damage the slide room was almost completely rebuilt. New roof and ceiling, new slide room floor with laminate. New interior walls and fresh insulation all around. The bulk head above the slide room and the jack studs on either side also needed to be replaced. The final step will be permanent awnings installed in a few weeks!
