This is Jenna your 2026-2027 Butler County Dairy Princess reminding everyone that June is Dairy Month. I want to shout out a huge thank you to all Butler County Dairy Farmers for all their hard work. The 24/7 commitment to the farm means skipped family events, long hours, extreme temps, machinery that breaks down and cows that have a mind of their own. I appreciate everything the dairy farmers do behind the scenes to care for their animals (clean the stalls, push in feed, clean the water tubs, adjust fans according to the temperature). These small acts don't get attention from the public but it's those small details that add to the health and comfort of the cows.
