🌺 Sacred Space Setup
• Altar items:
• A candle (gold or red for power and radiance).
• A bowl of water with rose petals (purification and blessing).
• A mirror or small reflective object (to honor your name and essence).
• A small tiger image or symbol (to call in Durga’s strength).
• Fresh flowers or incense (offering to the goddess).
• Placement:
Sit facing east (direction of new beginnings). Place the candle at the center, water bowl to the right, mirror to the left, and the tiger symbol near the front.
⸻
🔮 The Ritual
1. Grounding
Sit comfortably. Close your eyes. Breathe deeply into your belly. Imagine roots flowing from your body into the earth.
2. Invocation of Durga
Light the candle and say:
“I call upon Durga Ma, the radiant warrior goddess, she who rides the tiger with fearless grace. Stand with me in this circle of power, bless my name, and magnify my light.”
3. Name Affirmation
Hold the mirror before you. Gaze into your reflection and softly (or powerfully) recite the words in your image:
When anyone speaks my name, I receive.
More luxury. More prosperity. More love.
Their words call in my divine overflow.
Kind or cruel – it fuels my rise.
Every whisper wraps me in wealth, beauty, and grace.
My name is blessed – no matter who mentions it or why.
Each syllable spoken expands my light.
As you say this, touch your water bowl and sprinkle a few drops over your head and heart, sealing the blessing.
4. Durga’s Sacred Message
Whisper aloud:
“Durga Ma, what message do you have for me?”
Then read this channelled message from her:
“Child of the radiant flame, your name is not just a sound—it is a sword. Every utterance of it breaks illusions and multiplies blessings. Ride the tiger of your own courage. Let no tongue that speaks your name diminish you—for I weave every word into your crown. Walk with me, unshaken, unbroken, unstoppable. Your name is power, your breath is prayer, and your light is eternal.”
5. Closing
Place your hands over your heart. Thank the goddess. Extinguish the candle. Leave the flowers and water as offerings overnight.

✨ Clove Water – A Sacred Flame for Feminine Renewal ✨
Clove is more than a spice.
It is a guardian. A healer. A keeper of the womb’s fire.
For generations, midwives and medicine women brewed clove water — not just as a remedy, but as a ritual of cleansing, remembrance, and renewal.
Here’s why clove water is so powerful:
🌹 A Keeper of Blood Memory
Clove clears not only infection, but the energetic residue of grief, loss, and trauma. It reminds the body of its sovereignty: This temple belongs to you.
🔥 Warms and Awakens the Womb
In many traditions, a “cold womb” is linked to fear, stagnation, or trauma. Clove stirs what is frozen, restores circulation, and gently calls the womb back to life.
🌑 Root Chakra Healing
Clove works on the body and spirit, helping to dissolve fear and shame held in the root. It awakens vitality, confidence, and sacred belonging.
🛡 Energetic Protection
Just as it clears fungus, clove clears “energetic mold” — releasing old patterns, toxic ties, and lingering attachments.
✨ Clove water is more than detox. It is liberation.

🌊 Slowed, Softened, Savoring 🐾✨
We made our way to Tawas
My happy place
Walked the pier, let the dog run free, sat by the lake… and just exhaled.
No plan, no rush. Just us, the water, the breeze, and a kind of quiet we didn’t even know we needed.
We fell into this unexpected slowness.
The kind that holds you gently and whispers, “stay awhile.” 💙
It’s so different from our everyday rhythm… and it feels so right.
To move without an agenda, to let the day lead us, to turn the noise of the world down a few volumes… this is the kind of peace we didn’t even know we were craving.
And it’s so good here.
