I am a singer-songwriter that comes from a musical family and grew up on the Northside of Chicago, IL. I started off writing poetry at a young age and then put that with the melodies in my head to create songs. I was always fascinated by the cinematic music of movie scores of the films viewed in my childhood. My father introduced me to guitar at a young age and had studied guitar at the Old Town S

Greetings!
As the days gradually get warmer and spring is fluttering about, I think about the increased sunlight and as we come out of winter's hibernation energy am more eager for the sun rise every day! The spring break crowds have died down and back at it again. This is a time for renewal, regeneration, and letting go of what does not serve us any longer.

I have two back-to-back releases, "Addiction" and "The Sun Will Rise" (Featured), which are the latest additions to my catalogue.

"Addiction" is no fairytale and was inspired by my father's battle with alcoholism and my personal journey through that. Our parents do the best they can with what they know at the time, but there are still scars and healing that may need to be done later in life that may still be affecting those who have been through a thing or two.

It is an honest reflection of, are the things that are giving temporary pleasure or relief really serving us in the end, are we using these things for satisfaction or are they really using us, are we really in control or are we just kidding ourselves, do we even know who we are to the core without the masks we hide behind? This song resembles a winter in my life.

"The Sun Will Rise" is a breath of fresh air, as my upbeat teenage love song. It is a song about an unknown, don't know where it is going kind of love that is exhilarating and in the moment. This song resembles a spring in my life.

We all go through seasons, ebs and flows, ups and downs. It is okay to acknowledge all parts of ourselves even the dark and stormy times but always knowing there is a springtime ahead. Always looking forward, always searching for the world we prefer, the silver linings among grey clouds.

These songs are available on all major platforms and on my website, Thank you for your support as always.
