Tabata workouts can be accessible, fun, and really effective. This 20-seconds-work : 10-seconds-rest pattern is challenging and can be scaled to work well for any fitness level.
Here our Active Aging athletes are doing a modified burpee, and a sit-stand. Why not a full burpee and air squat? Because we wanted to keep it spry and more about engine and full-bodied warmth than about muscular capacity.
