This one’s sweet, spicy, refreshing, and dangerously easy to make:
The Spicy Watermelon Margarita-ish featuring Watermelon 🌶️🍉
Made with watermelon, tequila, and a little kick from ’s Cherry Bomb hot sauce. Honestly, this one is kind of perfect for the first real stretch of Vermont summer.
Save our recipe, for lake days, porch nights, and warm weekends ahead.
Ingredients:
1 PLINK tablet, Watermelon (activated in 2 oz cold water)
1.5 oz tequila
0.5 oz Runamok maple syrup
0.25–0.5 tsp Honey Cortland Cherry Bomb hot sauce
2 oz watermelon juice, pressed or blended
Ice
Instructions:
Combine hot sauce, watermelon juice, activated PLINK tablet, tequila, and ice in a shaker. Pour and strain over ice.
