Revolution Kitchen

Hi, we’re Karen and Madison (mother and daughter). We’re so excited to be the new caretakers of Revolution Kitchen! We’re taking a couple months to get settled in town, welcome a new baby to the family and prepare the space for reopening.
We have roots in the restaurant business (it’s in our DNA). I spent the better part of my childhood running around in my moms restaurants. We’re originally from New Jersey but have resided in Florida for 17 years where we’ve owned an ice cream shop for the last 10. I can’t wait to share my homemade vegan ice cream with you !
My mom has over 20 years of experience and found her niche in creating quirky, charismatic dishes with sustainably fresh and organic locally grown ingredients.
We look forward to carrying on in the wonderful space Debra and Peter have created.
We cannot wait to meet everyone and start our next chapter in Vermont at Revolution Kitchen.
