Community Media Day (CMD) is on Monday October 20th! Community Media Day is an annual celebration that brings awareness to the importance of free speech and accessible media for all.

Community Media amplifies free speech by sharing diverse local voices and stories often missed by mainstream outlets. It fosters civic engagement and transparency through open forums and government coverage. Additionally, community media centers provide training and collaboration opportunities, empowering people of all skill levels to create and share their messages.

It's that time of year when we ask you to consider joining the ACM Northeast Board of Directors.
