ACFSA's mission is to develop and promote educational programs and networking activities to improve professionalism and provide an opportunity for broadening knowledge to Professionals working in the Correctional Food Service Industry.
If you dont already know, I am having to bow out of being President of our Chapter. I just wanted to tell everyone that I loved working with everyone in the organization, you are a great bunch. I may be back someday, Please keep the TN chapter going.
RW here, this year I made more friends and connections, I put faces to the names of those that I reach out to for help, often. I found a cookie that will save me 2 cents per dinner bag 7 days a week (on average this will save me at least 1892.00 a year), I also found a part for my tilt skillet I have been looking for.
