Chairwoman Nicole Love Hendrickson is charting a bold, community-centered Path to Excellence in Gwinnett. As the Chairwoman of the Gwinnett County, she helps set the direction for one of Georgia’s largest and most diverse counties, overseeing a multi-billion-dollar budget and championing priorities that expand opportunity—like mobility and transit planning, housing affordability initiatives, and more responsive civic engagement.

Jann Joseph, PhD is a transformative higher education leader who is strengthening student success through experiential learning and expanding academic pathways aligned with workforce needs. Since becoming president of Georgia Gwinnett College in 2019, she has advanced innovative programs, helped secure major infrastructure support and continues to lead at the state and national level—especially in spaces that develop women leaders and emerging talent.

This panel is deeply personal to our Founder, Dr. Tina Woodard. She is the daughter of two retired educators. Her mother was her 6th grade teacher, and her father was her high school chemistry teacher. She grew up watching them teach, tutor, mentor, and support children throughout her neighborhood—living proof that education is not just instruction; it’s legacy-building.
