CleanTree Cleaning LLC is looking for a part-time cleaning associate to clean commercial buildings in the Alpharetta area. Must be available Monday through Friday, 6pm to 12am and some weekends. This is a great opportunity for someone wanting a flexible secondary income opportunity.

Responsibilities including of the following:
• Sweeping
• Mopping
• Dispose of trash
• Vacuuming
• Dusting
• Full kitchen cleaning
• Full bathroom cleaning
• Cleaning Ceiling Vents
• Baseboards
• Fixture wipe down
• Notify management of deficiencies and items needing repaired
• Maintain a clean supply room
• Work well with cleaning team members
• Follow health and safety regulations

The Candidate must have the following:
• Current driver's license
• Own reliable transportation with insurance coverage
• Clean background as a background check will be conducted
• Cell phone
• 1+ year(s) of commercial cleaning experience is preferred, but not required.

The perfect match would be someone who is:
• 21 years or older
• Live within the area. No more than 30 minutes away from the site
• Reliable and professional
• Responsible
• Detail oriented
• Mature
• Self-motivated
• Able to move quickly and still maintain quality
• Ability to take direction and execute accordingly

Compensation: fixed rate depending on the services. This is a 1099 position.
