Upward Bound

improve high school graduation rates, ensuring students will enter and complete a college degree. All upward Bound activities and services are free to students enrolled in the program. The Upward Bound Program is available to MST students in grades 9 through 12. In addition, students must:

-Be a U.S. citizen or a permanent resident of the United States.
- Qualify for the free/reduced lunch program.
- Be a future first-generation college student
(i.e., neither parent has completed a four-year college degree).
- Have a grade point average of 2.0 or higher.
