What started as one small studio has grown into two studios, more classes, more instructors, and an even bigger community.

Did you know you can filter your schedule by studio in the Momence app?
Use the filter feature to view only XFormer classes or only Infrared Mat classes, making it easier to find exactly what you’re looking for.
If you can’t see the classes you’re expecting, double-check your filters. You may need to remove or update a filter to view all available classes.

Grip socks are required for all XFormer classes at Movement.
For safety and equipment care, bare feet and sneakers are not permitted on the machines.

XFormer may have roots in reformer Pilates, but it is a very different workout experience.
At Movement, our XFormer classes are designed to be low-impact, high-intensity, with continuous resistance, minimal rest, and a strong focus on muscular endurance. Every class is built around slow, controlled movement and time under tension to challenge your body from start to finish.
