This summer, Plesh Contract Packaging extern Grace McCormick gained valuable hands-on experience by working closely with President Michelle Plesh on several key company initiatives. One of Grace's most impactful projects was supporting the employee engagement survey, an important tool that helps the company understand and strengthen its workplace culture.

Through this initiative, Grace saw firsthand how employee feedback shapes meaningful improvements across the organization. The survey continues to demonstrate that Plesh Contract Packaging employees trust the company's leadership, feel safe in their work environment, and recognize the organization's commitment to continuous improvement.

Working alongside Michelle provided Grace with a unique perspective on how leadership listens, responds, and turns employee feedback into action. Her involvement in this important process reflects Plesh Contract Packaging's commitment to developing future professionals while empowering them to contribute to meaningful work from day one. Grace's experience is a great example of how every team member, including externs, can play a role in supporting the company's people-first culture and ongoing success.
