We are licensed makers and we ferment and distill every drop we produce. Beware of crafty "crafted by" and "bottled by" producers. Our spirits are hand made in small batches using the best natural ingredients Western New York farmers and growers offer - twice distilled and bottled in our Distillery in Buffalo's Larkinville neighborhood.
