As you know, we have been dealing with site outages since Tuesday - this week has been a doozy! Thank you for your patience and all of your support.

Earlier this week, we tried to bring the site back up while maintaining functionality and that didn't work very well. The site was sluggish and people had issues uploading and submitting orders. Then it went down again yesterday afternoon.

The good news is that every order that was submitted before the production deadline yesterday was printed and shipped on time. And, we are on track to continue that trend. If your order was submitted, and you received a confirmation e-mail, we will print it and ship it according to schedule.

If we want to fix this thing properly, we need to bring the site down completely for a few days. We are starting that now so that we can be up and running as quickly as possible. We're hoping to get everything resolved this weekend and be ready to accept orders by Monday morning. If that timeline changes, we'll contact you to let you know.

The site will be down through Sunday 7/17. Once everything is back up and running, we will send out another message to let you know. We sincerely apologize for any inconveniences this may cause you. Please know that we are working our tails off to get this fixed as soon as possible. We take our responsibility to help you run your business very seriously. We'll be back up as soon as we can.
