Off-season training in full force!

Athletes that walk through our doors follow a thorough and individualized plan in order to prepare them for the demands of their sport season.

With school ending shortly, it’s important to begin your off-season training to make improvements for the upcoming season.

Our adult clients follow an individualized program based on their initial assessment, training level, and personal goals.

Every program includes a dynamic warm-up, mobility, stability, flexibility, strength, power, and conditioning work.

Before each client starts their training, they go through a Next Level assessment to look at strengths, weaknesses, mobility limitations, and fitness limitations.

This allows us to build everyone’s program so that it is specific to what they need. A program that doesn’t address someone’s limitations can potentially lead to an increased risk of injury.

The assessment includes a Needs Analysis while we also go over a client’s fitness and performance goals. Whether it be to build strength, power, muscle, improve body composition, or increase endurance, we tailor everyone’s program to areas they want to improve on.
