The happiest place…
Our fifth year in the Pride Parade was the most memorable. To gather with one another bc love is love, to have one of us on the float wear a shirt saying FREE MOM HUGS - and give those to anyone who asked, to have the support of these dearest friends and to celebrate with them was something special

Today, we remember the 10 people – the 10 dear, valued lives – who were tragically taken in a violent act of hate on May 14th, 2022. We are thinking of their families, their friends, their neighbors, and everyone whose heart is broken.
Forever rest in peace, and in our memories.
May we support each other, to listen to every voice, and to continue to do the work required to move forward together to grow each neighborhood. To involve and call upon our city leaders to create a more equitable community for all who have made Buffalo their home. To be a living example of why we are called The City of Good Neighbors.
