We broke ground this week on our new Crosslake model home!

The views of the lake are stunning and it truly feels private being surrounded by so many beautiful trees.

Warm rustic materials, clean modern details, and thoughtfully designed spaces will come together to create a home that feels elevated, inviting, and connected to the cabin & lake lifestyle.

Demo at the Woodbury main level remodel is complete!

With minimal structural, plumbing, electrical or framing changes we get to jump right to putting the space back together.

First up: Hardwood flooring patching & re-finishing followed by installation of two new fireplaces & roughing in the A/V updates.

We are starting the preliminary design process for a Minneapolis condo primary bathroom and that has us reminiscing about the last Minneapolis condo bathroom we completed!

It's been nearly 6 months since we turned this space back over to the owner - time flies!

This space used to be a porch but now is such an integral part of the home it's hard to believe it wasn't like this originally!

Behind the scenes of the furnishing install at our main level remodel in Minnetrista!

Over two days we had four furniture deliveries, the stairway runner installed, fireplace mirrors installed, window treatments installed and the final light fixtures we were waiting on put up. Frames and artwork got installed and wrapped up the final day with decor & styling.

Everything came together beautifully and we cannot wait to share the final photos!
