We’re seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse Supervisor to lead nursing services at our Lighthouse Women’s Residence and Renaissance Addiction Services programs, supporting individuals on their path to recovery.

📍 West Seneca, NY
⏰ Full-Time | 35 hours/week
💰 Starting Range: $70,000–$75,000 annually

In this leadership role, you’ll oversee nursing staff, support medication management and continuity of care, ensure regulatory compliance, coordinate with medical and pharmaceutical partners, and help deliver high-quality, person-centered care across residential programs.
